I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification) - Almost 100 percent of contractors do not fill out the Federal I-9 Form correctly. Learn the processes and legalities of working with your employees, both present and future, to properly fill out and file this important form. Lien Law - Understanding the technicalities of lien laws and how to position yourself as a contractor to file a lien are very important to all constructors. This course defines how you gain lien rights (by registering with the Utah State Construction Registry) and the process for protecting and filing your liens when necessary.
